Well normally I just post my evening menu’s but I am going to take this a step further. Because I am starting to get fit and watch my weight I think it would be best that I post a little bit more just to keep myself accountable and to remember what I am doing and where I am heading. So I am going to post breakfast, snack and dinner.
Monday ~ Honey Bunches of Oats ~ Apple ~ Will be at Vacation bible school
Tuesday ~ Yogurt ~ Orange ~ Chicken Noodles and Mashed Potatoes
Wednesday ~ Honey Bunches Oats ~ 100 Calorie pudding ~ Hamburger Helper and Corn
Thursday ~ Apple ~ Yogurt ~ Will be at Vacation bible school
Friday ~ Honey Bunches of Oats ~ Orange ~ Spaghetti and bread

My show yesterday was about menu planning for weight loss! It’s so important, because it helps to keep us accountable, and helps us to avoid the temptation to eat extra stuff that we really shouldn’t be eating!

I love a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruit. Yum!
Good planning, hon. You are doing SO great and I’m sorry if I’m not here as much as I should be. I’m trying as hard as I can though to show you I love you so very very much!

That all sounds really great and healthy, yum! You should check out springpad’s weekly meal planner – it’s a great way to organize, collect and share your menus and recipes (like this: http://bit.ly/oFQc8) – I think you’ll really like it!
