Wed ~ Waffles ~ Chowmein and rice ~ Stinky Butter Noodles
Thursday ~ Cereal ~ Sandwich and chips ~ Wild West baked chili Mac
Friday ~ Toast ~ Hot dogs and Mac and Cheese ~ Spaghetti and Garlic bread
Saturday ~ Biscuits and Gravy ~ Steam Fresh shimp Alfrado ~ Red beans and Rice
Sunday ~ Church ~ Subway ~ Breaded Pork Chops fresh pies and fried zucchini








Its great idea to make the menu like this one. You will not have tension on the next day
