Wooo hoo That is three pounds I am down this week.
I have been walking in the evenings and watching what I eat.
Do you know how hard it is to not gain weight when you are moving? It is next to impossible. I mean we are not eating at our normal times and when we do eat we do not our normal foods. Most of the time we are eating something we can eat on the run. [...]
Well I have great news. I am down three pounds and still losing. I am really starting to watch my portions. And Drink tons of water. Oh I love my water. I still cannot give up my soda but I only drink one or two a week. So that is not bad at all. I [...]
