And Weighing in at Week One…

Well here it is. One week after starting Alli and I am super excited.  I think I finally found something that is going to work for me.  And although Alli is a part of it.  A almost bigger part of it is that we have started eating healthy.

Many times in our lives we have said we are going to eat healthy.. We are going to live this way.. We are going to do things that way but following through is always the hardest part.  But it has become easier.  Grocery shopping is much easier.  I don’t have to go down the middle isles hardly at all.  But more importantly we are not snacking on unhealthy snacks.  We are eating tons of fruits, salads, and fresh cooked meals.  And my family is loving every minute of it.

I am super excited to see what this week brings.  We have a lot going on so I am excited to see how well Alli does traveling.  We are going out of town for four days so wish me the best on my eating and still staying healthy..  But next week Haylee starts back to school on Monday so Jim and I will be able to get back into our exercise schedule.  Then I think I will see more results.

Current weight 208 lbs

Beginning weight 210 lbs

Fat intake 60 Daily 19 per meal

Calories 1600 a day (yap doing it)

No more soda and giving up sweets slowly. (I did not drink any soda at all this week and come to think of it no chocolate either)

No more fast meals.. Everything from scratch not from boxes.  Uggh but I did eat some fast food… Not so good.
